The Process Works Like This:
We know life is busy, so we’ve made everything accessible from your phone or desktop.
Step 1) Schedule a consult with our Physicians either by a virtual visit, by filling out the form below, or in person, by calling one of our offices (Scroll down to see addresses and phone numbers).
Step 2) Find out if eligible for medication: during the consultation, Our physicians will tell you what medicine you're eligible for.
Step 3) Get your personalized meal and workout plan from our health coach. Fill out their form and meet with them through Zoom.
Step 4) Get your medicine either by picking it up at our pharmacy or getting it shipped to your door.
Step 5) Reap the benefits of healthy efficient weight loss!
How Much Does It Cost?
Our goal is to save you time, money, and energy, on top of seeing you healthy and at your best!
We are month to month program, with no contracts, no memberships, and weekly checkups with our nutritionist.
Patients can speak with physicians whenever they need but only are required to have a consult every 3 months.
We have a limited-time FREE consultation with our physician. If eligible for Semaglutide, we charge the remaining $175.
As Semaglutide goes up in strength each month call our office to get a refill of the next dosage to continue your weight loss journey. The program costs $250 each month you stay with us.
